KWOCO 2-Year Warranty Service Terms
1. Warranty Overview
KWOCO supplies new and original industrial automation products worldwide. All products purchased directly from KWOCO are backed by our 2-Year Warranty Service. The warranty starts from the invoice date and remains valid for 24 months.
This warranty applies to new and original products purchased directly from KWOCO.
Covered Product Categories
This warranty applies to most industrial automation products, including but not limited to:
- PLCs, I/O modules, power supplies
- HMIs, servo drives, servo motors, inverters
- Sensors, relays, communication modules
- Industrial power supplies, cables and more
Warranty Coverage
The warranty provides protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Warranty Service Options
Depending on the customer’s location, product condition and manufacturer service policy, KWOCO offers two convenient warranty service options.
Local Manufacturer Service
If there is an official manufacturer service center available in the customer’s country or region, and the product is eligible under the manufacturer’s local warranty policy, the customer may send it to the local service center for inspection, repair or replacement.
Customer Responsibility
Contact and ship the product to the local manufacturer’s service center according to their service policy.
Return to KWOCO
If there is no local manufacturer service center available, or if the product cannot be handled through the local manufacturer channel, the customer may return the product to KWOCO after receiving confirmation from our team.
Customer Responsibility
Contact KWOCO in advance to confirm the return address, shipping method and required documents before sending the product back.
3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The following cases are generally not covered by KWOCO’s warranty service:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or abnormal conditions
- Damage from unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly
- Exposure to excessive heat, humidity, vibration, corrosion, or chemicals
- Damage during transportation or external physical impact
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic scratches
- Force majeure events such as fire, flood, lightning, war, etc.
- Products without original label, serial number or proof of purchase
4. Warranty Claim Process
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide the following information:
- Order number or invoice information
- Product model and serial number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Detailed description of the fault
- Installation and operating environment
- Alarm codes or system messages, if available
After review, we will confirm the next steps with you.
5. Inspection & Resolution
After receiving the product, our team will inspect and test it. We will provide a repair, replacement or other reasonable resolution.
6. Shipping & Costs
Shipping methods and related costs will depend on the service policy, customer location and cause of the issue.
7. Limitation of Liability
KWOCO’s warranty is limited to repair, replacement or reasonable resolution of the product itself. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
