The S8VK-C48024 is an Omron S8VK-C-series switch mode power supply designed to convert universal single-phase AC or high-voltage DC input into a regulated 24 VDC supply. Its 480 W output capacity is suitable for industrial control panels, PLC systems, relays, sensors, actuators, and other 24 VDC automation equipment.

- Flexible series connection: Supports series operation with up to two units when the required external diode is installed.
- DIN-rail installation: Uses a compact book-style enclosure with screw terminals for organized control-panel mounting.
For DC input operation, Omron specifies a 0.7 load-derating factor for this model. With standard mounting, derate the load by 2%/°C above 40°C. At AC input voltages below 90 VAC, apply an additional derating of 2.5%/V. Parallel operation is not supported.
