Herstellerauswahl: Die Logik hinter der Marke<\/h2><p>Bestimmung der <a href=\"https:\/\/kwoco-plc.com\/de\/plc\/\">SPS<\/a> Der Hersteller ist der erste Schritt. Dabei geht es nicht nur um Markenbekanntheit, sondern vielmehr um die Ber\u00fccksichtigung von Nutzergewohnheiten, die Kompetenz des Designteams und den technischen Kundendienst.<\/p><p>Was die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit betrifft, ist die Hardwarequalit\u00e4t bei keiner gro\u00dfen internationalen Marke im Allgemeinen ein Problem. Allerdings bestehen erhebliche Unterschiede in der Designphilosophie zwischen den Regionen.<\/p><p>Meiner Meinung nach eignen sich japanische SPS-Marken (wie zum Beispiel) am besten f\u00fcr die Steuerung einer Einzelmaschine oder eines relativ einfachen Systems. <a href=\"https:\/\/kwoco-plc.com\/de\/mitsubishi-plc\/\">Mitsubishi<\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/kwoco-plc.com\/de\/omron-plc\/\">Omron<\/a>Sie bieten einen deutlichen Vorteil hinsichtlich des Kosten-Leistungs-Verh\u00e4ltnisses. Ihre Befehlss\u00e4tze sind in der Regel intuitiv und leicht zu erlernen.<\/p><p>Umgekehrt gilt: Wenn es sich bei Ihrem Projekt um ein gro\u00df angelegtes verteiltes Steuerungssystem (DCS) mit extrem hohen Anforderungen an die Netzwerkkommunikation handelt, sind europ\u00e4ische und amerikanische SPS (wie z. B. von Siemens oder \u2026) die richtige Wahl. <a href=\"https:\/\/kwoco-plc.com\/de\/allen-bradley-plc\/\">Rockwell Automation<\/a>) sind \u00fcberlegen. Pr\u00e4zise Sch\u00e4tzung der Input-\/Output-Punkte (I\/O-Punkte)<\/h2><p>Die Anzahl der Ein-\/Ausg\u00e4nge ist der grundlegendste Parameter einer SPS. Viele Anf\u00e4nger machen hier Fehler, indem sie entweder zu wenige kaufen und dann nicht genug haben oder zu viele kaufen und Budget verschwenden.<\/p><p>Grundlage f\u00fcr die Bestimmung sollte die Summe aller zur Steuerung der Anlage erforderlichen Eingangs- und Ausgangspunkte sein. In der Praxis rechnen wir jedoch nie \u201cgerade genug\u201d. Es muss immer ein Sicherheitszuschlag eingeplant werden.<\/p><p>Meiner Erfahrung nach ist die g\u00e4ngige Vorgehensweise:<\/p><ol><li>Z\u00e4hlen Sie alle festverdrahteten Ein-\/Ausgangspunkte.<\/li><li>F\u00fcge ein\u00a0<strong>10% bis 20%<\/strong>\u00a0Erweiterungsspielraum zus\u00e4tzlich zu dieser Basis.<\/li><\/ol><h2 id=\"iii-scientific-estimation-of-memory-capacity\">III. Wissenschaftliche Sch\u00e4tzung der Speicherkapazit\u00e4t<\/h2><p>Die Speicherkapazit\u00e4t bezeichnet den vom SPS-System bereitgestellten Speicherplatz. Wir m\u00fcssen sicherstellen, dass die Speicherkapazit\u00e4t der SPS gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist als unser aktueller Bedarf, um zuk\u00fcnftige \u00c4nderungen oder Erweiterungen des Designs zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p><p>Ich werde eine in der Ingenieurwissenschaft h\u00e4ufig verwendete Sch\u00e4tzformel vorstellen. Obwohl die Literaturangaben variieren, ist diese Methode praktisch und sicher:<\/p><ol><li>Multiplizieren Sie die Anzahl der digitalen I\/O-Punkte mit 10 bis 15.<\/li><li>Multiplizieren Sie die Anzahl der analogen I\/O-Punkte mit 100.<\/li><li>Addiert man diese beiden Ergebnisse, erh\u00e4lt man die Gesamtzahl der ben\u00f6tigten W\u00f6rter (bei 16-Bit-W\u00f6rtern).<\/li><li>Zum Schluss wird zu diesem Gesamtbetrag eine Marge von 25% addiert.<\/li><\/ol><p>Beispielsweise bieten bestimmte Modelle der Siemens S7-300-Serie 64 KB oder 128 KB Arbeitsspeicher.
